FlightSafety Academy serves as the ab initio training center for FlightSafety International. FlightSafety provides premier professional aviation training company and supplier of flight simulators, visual systems and displays to commercial, government and military organizations.
The company provides more than 1.3 million hours of training each year to pilots, technicians and other aviation professionals from 167 countries and independent territories. FlightSafety operates the world’s largest fleet of advanced full flight simulators at Learning Centers and training locations in the United States, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Japan, Netherlands, South Africa and the United Kingdom.

The Academy is a reliable and highly respected source of skilled, new-hire pilots for a growing number of airlines, corporate flight departments, government and military agencies as well as civil aviation authorities around the world.
Training takes place in supportive, aviation-focused environment. Cadets benefit from high-level training whether they have experience or they’ve never flown. More than 70 wholly owned single engine and multi-engine aircraft maintained exclusively for training. Operated from a FAA control tower at a Regional Airport adjacent to our campus.

Whether attending as an independent student or an airline or government sponsored cadet, all Academy student benefit from our advanced learning facilities, our experienced world-class professional instructor and our full-service student housing. Our in-house staff maintains all Academy training tools, equipment and aircraft to the highest standards. Training advantages include an ATC communication lab, FRASCA flight trainers and a large Personal Computer-based Aviation Training Device (PCATD) lab. FlightSafety continually incorporates the latest in advanced professional training, developed in our worldwide network of aviation-specific Learning Centers.
